- Excellent location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby and walking distance to the castle. - Free parking (if available).
- The property is very old and in need of a revamp. - WiFi not stable.

Great value for money considering near to major attractions & also public transportation with clean & neat hotel
Near to train station & Kochi Castle. Good size comfortable bedroom, clean & neat. The Weekly Sunday market is just in front of the hotel.
Same simple breakfast set menu daily. Perhaps may want to provide at least 2 different types of set menus if possible.

good value - You get what you pay for
the location was good and the room is of a good size considerign Japanese standards. Its not luxe but you get what you pay for and parking was free in the inhouse parking.
no breakfast provided for the room we booked. but its fine as we love to go Family Mart of 7-11 to get breakfast. i love it that on sunday, we get this street market right outside the hotel and we saw it set up as early as 6am in the morning, and there is a stall right outside the hotel door that sells this mochi snack which we saw a constant stream of japanese buying, we went to try one and it was so good. its some mugwort mochi with azuki bean paste inside, its so nice! recommend you go take a look if you happen to stay on a sunday morning
